I believe it is important to find the right therapist with whom you feel safe and confident that you'll be able to achieve your goals. I have been in practice for over 35 years and have extensive experience with a variety of concerns and questions that bring people to therapy. I have expertise in working with couples, individuals, and families, and have a particular focus on understanding hormonal disorders (physical) and the profound effects the endocrine system has on cognitive, mental, and emotional functioning, as well as our interactions in personal and professional relationships. Any serious and/or chronic illness can have a profound impact not only on our bodies but also on our overall quality of life. I worked for years with young children and their families for most of my career, but I feel this is better now done by younger professionals.
